Back Orders
Out-of-stock items will be back-ordered upon customer request. We will attempt to notify you if any item on your order is not in stock or if there is a shortage with your order. We reserve the right to substitute items in event of out of stock or discontinuation of an item. Only an item of equal quality and value will be substituted.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time as long as they have not already shipped. Special order items will incur a 20% cancellation fee if item has already been ordered. Custom Made items will incur a 20% cancellation fee if cancelled after 48 hours. No cancellation fee will be incurred on special order or custom made items if cancellation is within 24 hours of receipt of order.
Shipping
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours, if in current stock. Freight, handling and insurance charges will be added to the order. UPS Next-day and 2nd-day air shipments are available upon customer request as long as order is placed before 12 PM Central time for same day shipping. My Toddler Clothing Store and Chapter House Enterprises shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay or damaged caused by freight handling. Chapter House Enterprises also reserves the right to modify shipment cut-off times and to select alternate carriers. We do reserve the right to change shipping methods IF we see that we can get the product to you in a more timely manner at a comparable cost. We ship only to US and Canada addresses at this time. No other international orders will be accepted.

Absolutely NO returns on printed, washed, or decorated merchandise.

All claims for shortages, damages, etc., must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.

My Toddler Clothing Store is devoted to working with you to get the best toddler clothing for your needs. If you have ordered the wrong size or fabric, you may exchange your clothes, so long as there is no damage and the returned item is unwashed and free from printing or decoration.
All exchanges must be claimed within 10 days of purchase. That is 10 days that you can use to determine the quality of our products for yourself. To send a return email us at sales@mytoddlerclothingstore.com or call Toll Free on 1 888 236 5445 to obtain a return authorization number. Any items received without a return authorization number on the outside of the package will not be accepted.
